We are aware that our success is the effect of knowledge, skills and involvement or our employees who constitute the superior capital of Cyfrowy Polsat Group. This highly qualified staff is able to ensure the highest quality of our services.

We are open to young people

Internship Program for students and young graduates: In 2017 we offered internship in the area of finances, IT and HR. In 2017, the Apprenticeship Program was organized for the 22nd time at Polkomtel. In Cyfrowy Polsat there were 9 editions of the Program. Summer Apprenticeship Program for students:

Constantly improving occupational health and safety

We would like to make all our employees feel safe at work as much as possible.

  • We provide periodical occupational health and safety, fire protection and first-aid trainings to our employees.
  • Regular meetings of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee in each company are used not only to report current issues, but most of all to jointly make decisions improving safety of all employees.
